How did WoMMen in Tech start?

WoMMen in Tech was born about two years ago, after a bunch of us wanted to learn more about the women in our company—beyond the dinners, we had on International Women’s Day. So we joined creative forces and created a platform where we could share our stories and nurture a community.

Why does it matter?

Because together we are capable to make the difference.

What actually is the WoMMen in Tech initiative about?

WoMMen in Tech is an open space where women across MediaMonks can connect. We share insights and our personal journeys, learn real-world experience from one another, and just talk about the things that are important to us. One way we’re sharing our stories is through our video and podcast series, which you can explore here. We want to make everyone feel included in the workspace, and WiT is one step closer to achieving that.
